Yes, I know, it’s an investment but I’ve been using this weekly for the past several months and it is so WORTH IT! My 3 year old pup feels and looks absolutely amazing. Vet says his weight is perfect and he is in optimal health. Yay.
I knew there was an app when I was buying it but I didn’t know then how nice it is. There are so many recipes with all kinds of ingredients. It is very easy to use and it was a pleasant surprise to find it so helpful.
One thing that I would recommend is that you used a kitchen scale instead of the built in scale. It just doesn’t seem accurate and it is a bit slow making it easy to put too much of something in the pot.
Another thing I would like to say to company - It would be nice to have a cap that could be snapped on over the metal pins on the bottom of pot that connects to the base so it could be cleaned more easily without having to worry about them getting wet.

ChefPaw15 seconds agoThank you for the positive feedback and the great idea for covering the pins. We're sorry to hear about the scale not being accurate. The reason for this, sometimes UPS drops the box during shipment, and since the scale is connected to a heavy bowl, it can cause the scale to become uncalibrated. We have done everything possible to maximize the effectiveness of our thermo formed foam protection that keeps the unit in place during shipment. However, in about 1% of shipments, the box is handled so roughly that the scale does not stand a chance. We will be sending you a email shorty on how to recalibrate the scale so it functions better. Our dogs have been thriving since we began cooking their food, and these supplements give me confidence that anything they may miss from the food is being made up for through the vitamins - just as one would for a human. We did had to adjust everything including the items in this pack to work for our little Yorkie as she is pancreatitis-prone and recently diagnosed with CKD. Between her diet and her medication, she's a pretty spunky 12 year old who's eating well and enjoying life.
