Do you have 2 day shipping?
For orders LESS than 4lbs we offer FedEx 2-Day shipping for $11.00. The only exclusion to this policy is that if any items do not fit in a FedEx Express Pouch then we may have to send the remaining items via FedEx Ground.
For orders OVER 4lbs (ChefPaw Dog Food Maker Unit) we offer UPS 2nd Day Air for $87.92.
What is the fastest shipping method?
If you are looking to get your package in a guaranteed amount of time, please consider using one of our paid services such as FedEx 2-Day, UPS 2nd Day Air, etc. We appreciate your patience!
Do you ship internationally?
We ONLY ship internationally to Canada at the moment.
How much is shipping?
Free economy shipping is available for all orders over $30. Expedited shipping is available too, for a fixed cost.
When will my order ship?
OVERNIGHT ORDERS:
- Orders placed AFTER 3pm (Pacific Time) will SHIP ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY
- We cannot change or upgrade your shipping method AFTER an order is placed.
Is FedEx Ground the Fastest Shipping Method?
FedEx/UPS Ground is NOT a fast shipping method. It is more reliable and secure than USPS, which is why we use it. If you need your order quickly, please select UPS 2nd Day Air shipping at checkout.
We understand our customers love fast shipping. Please understand that we have no more communication with shipping couriers than you do. We can only view the tracking on the order.
